Background

Neil's Coffee Shop, a coffee shop located on 961 Lexington Ave in the heart if the Upper East Side, has been experiencing a small decline in customers and revenue over the past year. Despite its prime location, the shop is struggling to compete with a mix of established chains and emerging local cafes. Le Réveil Coffee is known for its quality coffee and affordable price point but these strengths no longer seem sufficient to maintain its market position.
